The update will be done via OTA. As always, if you happen own either of the two phones, and you still haven’t gotten the update, don’t fret or panic. It’s likely that the update is being rolled out in batches, meaning that your device will likely receive the update a little later.
However, if you would like to attempt to speed up the process, you can manually try and update it by following these steps: Settings > Software Update > Download.
